That is a very confusing question for most of us in the caribbean. I can imagine in some countries, like Dominican Republic, they are probably more confused than most of us and probably will think some milliseconds more before they answer.

I think they are black but they deny it. Whats wrong with black I am mix with puerto rican and jamaican and I think I'm black we are all the same peolpe. Has they say black is beauty and some Hispanic people are black, including Dominicans and puerto rican I am proud of my race. Be proud of yours too.
