Who is leading the AFC?

Over the years i find find myself ask who really is the leader of the AFC.

AFC isn't the main target we must focus on for now.
We have bigger fish to fry like Benchop, he's facing charges for having in position of an illegal transmitting device in his home.

Today paying for the arrest that the police made Benchop was said to be involves with the Brickdam and the other attacks that were made today to innocent people, two policemen were injured during this terror act for getting even with the state's police.
