Judge it!
Unbelievable how people ignore stop signs! If you have the right-of-way and a car is pulling out from a side road or public parking lot, it seems everyone does a "Rolling Stop"! I know the speed limit is 35 but when a car puls out in front of you at 35 it is hard to stop.
No wonder there are always accidents!
