You can make the choice. Don't buy porn and don't watch it online. Don't listen to the radio stations that say treat women like dirt to lower their self esteem, so they will go and do porn. Don't donate to radio stations that support porn or talk about porn as though it is great. That is not the way of life! Women should be adorned for their beauty and brains and skills...not looked upon like smut. Porn is not a good thing. Don't feed the industry by buying it and supporting something destructive to society. Without porn, the world would be a better place. I'm exercising my right to my opinions and facts that I'm aware of and my right to free speech.

Yes. Porn does degrade both men and women, but more so women. This is because many of the times, women are shown in the most compromising sexual positions and acts. The men really aren't doing anything other than standing there doing the usual thing. I have even heard that women are mostly used in Beastality porn (humans with animals). Please understand that the object of porn is to get the man focused on a what I call a far away fantasy. Things that a below the norm in a relationship or marriage. We also can't forget the Lust factor and the pull it can have. In response to this comment, about porn stars being suicidally depressed -u are right. I became a porn star after my first husband Scott Wadley ruined me mentally because he was a porn addict -i lost my self esteem and I wondered what was wrong with me. I plunged into the word of porn-for revenge and ended up raped 3 times ,and even more mentally distroyed.Now I just found out my new husband-now that I have quit porn is now doing the same thing to my and I want to kill myself-I am hurt.
