Greenland Offended by Peter Jensen's Boots

The people of Greenland have taken offense to Peter Jensen 's fall 2009 collection.

I have the same question. I think the Greenlanders should be proud to have their culture so exposed and loved. The only thing is I would love to see those boots made out of seal skin. I think those boots are traditionally made from seal skin.

What's with the anger? "Imitation is the best form of flattery." The boots are gorgeous! I used to have a belt in the same style,everyone loved it,and wanted it,apparently! It was stolen by an admirer.

As a greenlandic, I just have to say: Not all of us are offended. Some of us is having a racing about who gets them first. They are so cool, and I think it is a great idea!:)
