Spanish press picks up on the growth of the Gibraltar economy. Spanish newspaper, El Mundo, has picked up on a report in The Guardian, which explains how Gibraltar is side-stepping the current economic slowdown.

The IMF WILL come down hard on Gibraltar..... They are now after the "tax haven" enclaves. Gibraltar will not escape.

perhaps, take a look at your house of lords, itīs full of chaps that got rich just by doing such things.

I know we dont have to be reminded but you have forgotten what your wonderful country didto the mayas and astec people and in the rest of the spanish empire spain got very rich from that read your history and then you may comment on others

IF that is the case then you should inform your goverment and people that we are british by c hoise we are a BRITISH COLONY AND VERY PROUD OF IT FOR YOUR INFORMATION SLAVERY EXISTED IN SPAIN LONG BEFORE IT DID IN ANY EUROPEAN COUNTRY OR IN THE WHOLE WORLD FOR THAT MATTER I SUGGEST THAT YOU STUDY THE SPANISH EMPIRE HISTORY YOU WILL FIND IT WAS VERY INHUMAN IN THE TREATMENT THEY GAVE TO THE COUNTRIES THEY CONQUERED
