Dutch want tribunal to make Russia free protesters
The Netherlands asked an international tribunal Monday to order Russia to release a Greenpeace protest ship and the activists who were on board.

I don't see how you can classify a Greenpeace Protest Ship under the classification of Piracy as Piracy is more defined as a pillaging and plundering ship that's objective is to loot other vessels and to steal booty from commercial or private vessels. Perhaps this loophole in classification could clarify that the Green Peace ship does not qualify under Russia's allegations against the Green Peace members.
