Greek bailout talk ruffles German election

the main problem is following: this ,,aid,, for Greece doesn´t go to Greeks, people are poor like mice and poorer and poorer. This ,,aid,, goes to chefs of global banks and they use it for their own purposes within a few months and without making these banks national, such aid has no sense.
