what do the europeans do for us? besides the uk not very much. we have supplied their defense almost free of charge since the end of ww 2. now we have to beg them to help in afghanistan?. i bet they would have been against that invasion too if they could have. they believe our support for israel is behind all our troubles with the arabs. they are sure to pressure a new liberal democract president to weaken it. their native european population is fading away faster than snow in may. it's being replaced by immigrants from the mid-east. it could be that the allies of the cold war have come to a historic parting of the ways regardless of who the next president is.
