Are you a bit stupid Franky??

The secret clause REFERS to art.6. It is NOT art.6.

Problem with reading comprehension perhaps ??

That would explain a lot!

Really, terry?OHHH the UN did not see it...
Next time go to Mr Patriota, and explain your important findings..
Brazilian Foreign Minister Antonio Patriota made this position abundantly clear in a meeting with his British counterpart William Hague in Brasilia early this year.
He told Hague that Brazil and the region “back Argentine sovereignty over the Falklands and the UN resolutions calling for dialogue between the Argentine and British governments on this issue.”
Also early this year, Patriota said Brazil was working with Uruguay to convene a meeting of the proposed South Atlantic Zone of Peace and Cooperation, bringing together South American and southern African countries.

uk time at the SA is FINISHED!
Dear Malv,

the Brazilians don't give two hoots about Argentina's fanciful claims to the Falklands. The UK invests more money in Brazil than any other country except the US. They are only giving crumbs of comfort to the crying child...

Get real.

“Since by article 6 of the present convention it has been stipulated, respecting the eastern and western coasts of South America, that the respective subjects shall not in the future form any establishment on the parts of these coasts situated to the south of the parts of the said coasts actually occupied by Spain, it is agreed and declared by the present article that this stipulation shall remain in force only so long as no establishment shall have been formed by the subjects of any other power on the coasts in question. This secret article shall have the same force as if it were inserted in the convention.”

http://www.eumed.net/libros/2007b/278/3.htm

No idea what you wrote but clearly you have nothing to top trump the UK. If only stupid smily faces had the power of attack submarines :-)
