An attorney for the Minnesota musician has filed a court notice saying the rock star wrongly assumed his previous managers had submitted tax returns to the French and didn't know until September that they hadn't. He has since filed them, attorney Gary Hansen told a federal judge in a response he submitted Friday, Dec.
