Since we don't any indepth study conducted on this particular topic, It will be very hard to make any kind of statement eitehr ways. Beside, what is the definition of success, since there are various interpetation.

I would say that a society that is fairly sexist, where physical and sexual abuse of women is common, that it is unlikely that females within this society are going to be more successful than males. Obviously this is not their fault, but to argue otherwise based on a handful of examples in a country where 80 million live is hardly scientific

I think this question is designed to 'tease' ethiopian men.

Ethiopian women will generally be more successful than ethiopian men in situations were ethiopian women and or non-ethiopian men are in charge.

And ethiopian men will generally be more successful than ethiopian women in situations were ethiopian men and or non-ethiopian women are in charge. The same applies at a tribal level.

Also other factors remaining constant many successfull women will be more qonjo/heiß/schön/clever/assert ive than their female counterparts.

Since usually non ethiopian men are in charge abroad while ethiopian men are to limited extent in charge in ethiopia, ethio women will be generally more succesful abroad while ethio men will be generally more successful in ethiopia.

Of course there are many cases where the above assumptions don't hold. You can also use this example for a man and a woman from the same tribe going to work in a capital city of their country and the employers come from another tribe.

Also if you ask some ethiopian men about their job interview experience they might tell you that they have been more successful with white female interviewers than with white male interviewers.

get lost....when i did my undergrad degree the women ratio was 5/60....steel here in america where i am taking my grad courses it is around 12/55....nowhere near to men...specilly you ethiopian ladies you always suck!! the mere reason is u do't have the confidence which is all what matters for success. i see you in bars...showing your body...until then bye!!!
