aka "Helen Gedlu". Remember these are just stereotypes.

1) Appreciate Beyonce. I put Beyonce in her own number because habesha american girls worship her. There is NO female or male celebrity/person they love more than Beyonce. They would die for her, literally (that's not exaggeration, one girl did). They love and appreciate everything about her (because they think secretely she's Habesha). Even though of course they don't know her personally, the closest being when they can save enough money from their extravagant lifestyle to see her at a concert, hoping to get her attention and standout in a in a sea of faces that are just like them - physically attractive, superficial and materialistic.
The first rule to getting a habesha girl is to always keep it positive about Beyonce. She is their deity; Beyonce to Habesha Girls is like Christ to Christians and Allah to Muslims, never joke about it. Also, all the girls think they can sing, when they all sound like a dying chipmunk, but always remind them that they are the next Beyonce.

2) That Gangsta' Image: You have to sell your image in a exciting gangster-mysterious manner. Who cares if it's not true? You see MYSTERY is the key. They will never know the difference anyway.
Remember the key to getting a habesha girl is completely based on deception. The first thing to know is habesha girls are very gullible. You can tell them you "be slingin" (and say it that way -Ebonics is the key!)/sell drugs or you're a diamond importer (yeah duh...like all women, they love diamonds), something that sounds expensive and exciting. They love money, and like blondes, they love Forever 21, it's their favorite store. God forbid, don't tell them you are a student studying medicine, law, engineering or accounting; in that case, you've failed already (since that only works with native habesha women). Tell them you're a club promoter; they will add you on facebook for that reason alone and have an immmediate longterm bond towards you.

3) Predictable Music Taste: All habesha girls think they have a unique distinct music taste, when they are all just carbon-copies of each other. Be a big fan or supporter of The Weeknd, Trey Songz, Drake (btw J. Cole is now the new Drake for Habesha Girls) or Nipsey Hussle. They've loved Trey Songz ever since he had a habesha girl named Helen Gedlu in one of his videos, so they all pretend to be her in that video; it's a very common dream among Habesha girls. They all want to be Helen Gedlu's, a video chick with nothing to offer besides her looks/dancing, and get engaged with a major r&b/hip-hop star. Remember a Habesha girl's mind isn't very complicated. It's pretty much univeral with Habeshas American girls loving all three of these music artists (the only ones that don't are again the native habesha women). They love Nipsey Hussle because he is also of Habesha descent (only half) but he's everything they dream of:(1) money and success (2) the ghetto-gangster image, and (3) he's got half-habesha blood so that's like Trey Songz + some.

Like who wrote this It is very immature and disrespectful. First of all we are not easy second we are not gold-digger and we certainly don't date drag dealers. We don't worship Beyonce we just respect her music ehy because its real. We love drake and trey who doesn't and if any of this artist talked about or rapped about your country you would stop talking. This is not true so I disagree

You don't know shit about Ethiopian girls. What gives you the right to speak about us like this? You are so misogynistic and racist. It is people like you who ruin our name. "a Habesha girl's mind is uncomplicated" How dare you speak about other human beings like this? What makes you so great? "Beyonce is their god." Many women around the world like her songs and admire her success. There is nothing wrong with that. Plus we are not so unreasonable that we would dump someone over something so simple as musical preference. We work hard to get money just like everyone else. We have different taste in men and ARE NOT impressed by the gangster type who flush away their life down the lavatory. You are so jaded and poisonous. I hope I never meet someone who is so narrow minded and ignorant. I feel a little dirty just for reading this article. Shame on you!
