i found it quite intersting and it conjures up something ...cann't put my hands on what it is at this moment, but it does have a correlation some how LOL

I see you are Ethiopian. I thought you were Berber. You know west Africans in places like Mali also have similar music instruments. In addition Berbers speak a semitic language.Sure their ancestors migrated from the Horn of Africa region thousands of years ago.

Another thread I opened is for the Malian Tuareg musoc band called Tinariwen. You can look for the thread, has vid clips of tracks. They are amazing blue/rock band in Tuareg language. Most significant of their instruments is the electric guitar.
