Yes, sensible but not adequate enough. Egypt has to sign the Entebbe agreement on water shares.

Why the Egyptians change their mind time & again ?
As we know Egypt and Eritrea tackled the nile issue & closed the Nile File. At the same time both countries agreed & signed Economic relation to keep their vibrant Economy moving forward and benefit the people.

Egypt Islamic official:‘Permissible to kill some Christians today’
The secretary-general of
Egypt’s Islamic Jihad Party
said that it’s OK to kill
Christians because they threw
the first punch.
“Those who came out with
weapons, their blood is
allowed for us [to spill]. As a
fighter,[it’s] not considered
dhimmi,” said Mohamed Abu
Samra, according to the
Christian Post.
Dhimmi is an Islamic law that
says those of non-Muslim faith
who live in Islamic states are
supposed to be protected if
they pay taxes.
But Christians at a recent
funeral “brought the [Koran]
and urinated on it,” Mr. Samra
said.“They also came out in
demonstrations to destroy
Muslim places, chanting ‘We’ll
bring Islam down by any
means possible.’”
Mr. Samra railed against Pope
Tawadros II, who was named
as the head of Egypt’s ancient
Coptic Christian church in
November, calling him more
dangerous than his
predecessor because he
“considers using force as he is
trying to establish a Coptic
state. He considers the arrival
of the Islamists an opportunity
to declare civil war.
“What Tawadros is doing is a
far cry from what the Coptic
people want,” he said.
The pope did not respond in
the Post report.

Right man,
they are repeating the old song ad infinitum:
" ... as long as it does not affect water distribution between countries."

First let Egypt recognize the rights of upstream countries by signing the CFA. And no matter what Egyptian officials say be prepared for a military confrontation at all times.

Yeah they are recycling, reusing you as a used condo time and again. For how long they are using you as a condo is unknown & you also don't know for how long you serve them. Every time they say a word you become dead and alive.

Your war hop won't stop illegal human trafficking b/n your Rashaida tribes men and the Bedouine people in Sainai. Nor it can stop the young Eritrean Organ Harvest at Sainai desert.

I don't necessarily wish war to break out. But, if it happens, it's just a history worth witnessing.
Considering all the facts from the Ethiopian side, it is predictable that Ethiopia is ready to provoke a war between itself and Egypt. When the most apolitical girl in Ethiopia, H20ZZ, is so moved about the Nile Waters politics, you know Ethiopia is ready for war with Egypt. I will be with the Ethiopian army to record on video and audio their heroic actions against what they perceived their 'historic enemy'. Bought some expensive photographic and video capturing gadgets in case this happens sooner than expected.
