You should take your own advice. My statement about Mexico bieng a third world country was a question and not a statement. In response to you stating Mexico wasn´t third world. Hence, I was pointing out why it is clearly underdeveloped. You yourself said El Salvador was third world and Mexico wasn´t, so what is it then? It certainly isn´t first world.I too never said El Salvador was a perfect country either. I have enough sense to look around me and see that we have a lot of serious problems. It is your last statement which irritates everyone about your mentality and behaviour towards other latin nationalites which infuriates us. I don't think anyone is really different from another. And discrimmination sucks especially if you are a different race from the whites who try to take credit for everything. In my point of veiw we are all immigrants. i am Native American. My people were said to have immigrated here in the US. Also the pilgrims, whites, you name it have all immigrated here. Salvadorans don't hate Mexicans as much as Mexicans hate Salvadorans. Instead of kids writing for the adults, we should look at why this is. This isnt a generalization of all Mexicans, but many of them do this. Mexicans are the majority in most places where Salvadorans live in like in San Fran, L.A., and Houston. In Long Island and Miami Salvadorans get along with the Ricans, Dominicans, and Cubans fine. The problem is that Mexicans always usually display an arrogance that rubs all Latinos the wrong way. Not the Argentine, snotty type arrogance. The fist pumping, I'm a Mexican! arrogance. They insult us b/c of our accents, and feel they are superior. They dont understand our history but we have to understand theirs. And to set the record straight, if there were any one Latin culture that is universal for all of us, its Cuba. No one outside of Mexicans listen to banda or norteno, but everyone listens to Salsa and Cuban jazz.
