President Obama's scheduled appearance at the upcoming Summit of the Americas in Colombia is sure to raise the forum's global profile, but the planned absence of at least two other hemispheric heads of state - Cuban President Ral Castro and Ecuadorian President Rafael Correa - is already setting the tone.

When Cuba has FREE ELECTIONS it should be admitted to the organization , but not until then people must be FREE to elect there leaders not control them with fear and intimidation , is that so hard to understand?
