True, Canada is not like the United States; but you can be sure they are going to cherry-pick the economies they want to deal with.

Those things Harper just said are all true. Canada is different from the US in many ways. The south-americans will now be extremely open to trade with US. As the P.M said, we don't wish do dominate anybody (like some neighbours of ours)...

South America is corrupt, it is notorious for drug-smuggling. Harper needs to be wary of these people, they will probaly try and export drugs to Canada, the drugs trade is worth BILLIONS to the economies of latin america.

Your posts are very hilarious. I think our government is well aware of what it is doing. Besides, the drug smuggling has gone on for a while now. Canada signing a trade agreement with the SA wouldn't change anything to it. The agreement our government is trying to pull off would be extremely beneficial for us. Only an idiot wouldn't see this. Australia? Anglosphere Alliance? Are you serious? You must be high...

RE CP- my posts are hilarious, is it because I find Chinese girls ATTRACTIVE? I am not high on drugs, Chinese girls are better looking than Italian girls, Russian girls, German girls, ect.
In fact the MAJORITY of "European girls" are UGLY, only Britain, Norway, and Swden are the only three countries in Europe that have attractive girls.
Chinese girls are amongst the most attractive girls in the world.
British, Aussie, American, Danish, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Swedish girls are the most attractive women in the world.
That must be the worst list of uptight girls ever. Except maybe for the Swedish girls, but then again you only included them to make your list look credible. Besides I thought we had stopped battling about the girls and were on about the real stuff.

I have been here and there, and oh boy Chris you are so wrong. there are pretty girls everywhere as so are ugly ones, but from your list, I would delete Britain, there are some very pretty British girls but in general very much like in the states, overweight has become a big issue. And Secondly, do not generalize about south American countries, yes I agree with you, Chavez is just a clown and in some countries there is a big drug business going on. But you should research a bit more about Chile, its economy, its culture. I live here now, and I do not want to leave.

One of the few posts in here that is thaughtful and well written.

Things are improving in South America. Brazil has a very vibrant economy and has steadily grown since they are free from being dependent on oil exports. They are a world leader in ethanol production and cars are all converted to E-85.

Chile and other neighboring countries also moving fast in economy. There is still a few SA countries where corruptiong is rampant and drugs running the economy, but it is steadily improving in last 5 years.

Again, thumbs up on your excellant post,Y Watkins!:)

Culture, history and politics to name a few.

[QUOTE who="justin"]and what countrys are the u.s. dominating?[QUOTE]
Thats an easy one. There's Irak (which had nothing to do with 2001/9/11 world trade center attacks).

Bush is against any accord such as the world court, or the border land dispute mechanism accord. another prime example is US imposed thier discord and to go against the world with the Kyoto accord where the majority of the world supports it...Harper being a Conservative and wanting to please Bush, cancelled Canada's agreement to the kyoto accord.

[QUOTE who="justin"]seems to me they have enough to control their own states.
Indeed, but thats not the case as we seen above.

I believe Chilean players enjoyed their stay in Toronto durin the U-20 cup. You should really teach your players proper manners before they come to Canada.

Canadian women beat her easily but to give you a chance I'll just put one up against her to even it out. I also chose one of her cleaner and more *dressed* pictures to give Sharapova a chance.

hahahaha, amen to Canada Prevails' comment. Elisha Cuthbert is way up there. Out of all the of European girls I've seen, most of them beat the Chinese girls....end of story, and I have yet to hear a proof that argues that. The average white girl is hotter then the average oriental, chinese, asian, whatever you wanna call it. Even my asian friends agree

Respectfully Chris, I would tend to agree with you, but in this case, we were specifically talking about South American countries.

I have read about South Africa's economy being good these days.

Hmmm I got curious to search for more facts to reinforce Chris's facts:

(Chris)
<Cape Town is one of the safest cities in the world, FACT.>

I found that according to the "Economist Intelligence Unit's livability survey report" which states that the safiest cities with lowiest crime rate were "Vancouver, BC Canada and Melbourne, Australia, where little threat from instability or terrorism and own a highly developed infrastructure," were listed in the top ten of the safiest cities.

http://moving.about.com/od/whymove/a/best_pla...

(QUOTE)The two best-known living reports are the Mercer Quality of Living Survey and The Economist's Worlds Most Livable Cities.

Maybe someone will find different reports and share with us?

Trolling again? If that's trolling for Montrealers, then just don't visit the rest of Quebec or you're gonna cry. I was only teasing. And why are you following me on every topic I go? You aren't even writing anything smart. You're just bashing everything I say. Like you said in that other topic, its a forum so I can say the arguments I want. You are only here to be the wise ass montrealer.
