PS Mr Americano....I have read about the politics and exploitations of the dominican people by dictators and goverments, and it would appear that he Americans had a lot to do with the atrocities set upon these people, and their country, so it is not just the country of Hispaniola that is at fault, I would have to say some spanish countries have to step up to the plate also, or are we not going to go that far back, as we seem to in other (convenient) situations. This also has to be a one time payment like I said or it becomes a way of life, or a way to make a living, instead of improving, some are happy to just receive government monthly compensation, and that is not right. It is not suppose to be a career move.Or a way to find a easy living, they have got to work at improving their lives too, not allow others to do it for them, or foot the bill, for generations.(especially when they have nothing to do with it. We can't be held responsible for the past). Because if you live in the past, you will never have a future.
