Whatever, did you cleaned up your cage yet?
Listen, unlike you I don’t got to wikipedia or copy and paste. All you said about Maximo Gomez was something you saw in a website.
I don’t know what history they teach in Haiti, since there are no schools there, but whatever it is, I couldn’t care more.
Here;…

Trujillo ordered an attack on the border, and thousands of Haitians were slaughtered while trying to escape. he also was very open to the migration of exile Jews and refugees from the Spaniard civil war in order to whiten the nation, so take thats were you non mixed Dominicans come from

in fact you should thank the Haitians because along with the British they helped the criollos drive out the French who had captured it after the French revolution.

after the Haitians helped restore Santa Domingo back to Spanish rule they (Santa Domingos) declared independence and instituted slavery, which is a no-no so they were invaded by the Haitians again.

You forgot to thank Spain for their contributions. for the murderers they sent to the Americas and for todays abuse towards foreigners especially from Ecuador they were so kind enough to "open their doors" (cheap labor)to Ecuadorians history repeats itself. They continue the abuse.

How could you possibly say that D.R is 70% European descendants????? You could say that about Cuba, Argentina, Uruguay, Chile and some parts of Brazil but Dominican Republic, why don't you check out the world almanac. Just because you have blue eyes it doesn't mean that the rest in D.R does too!

Ecuadorians are not forced to go to Spain so I would say that they are taking advantage of the opportunities that their own miserable administration of their nation cannot provide them with! No matter what happens you will never look into the mirror and see your own actions as faulty ,always looking to blame others....but if you hate Spain so much please don't use the SPANISH language and please destroy most of Quito ,Ambato,Cuenca etc. and go back to your "taparabos" please go back to your utopic inca fantasyland ..... You are an ungrateful people who always think someone ows you and that you have the right to atack and insult without response.....

And BTW Mr. Pepe32, the DR, as it implies Dominican Republic - is mostly MESTIZO, not Mulatto. I'll leave it up to you to differentiate the two, and I don't care where you live or where you're originally from - facts are facts, so don't misinform the world.

You see, while the Industrial Revolution was burgeoning in Europe and all of Spain's surrounding countries traveling inhabitants melding the dialects into something faintly resembling the original tongue, the places I mentioned above remained inaccessible due to their geographic proximity, therefore leaving the dialect of their invaders intact for close to half a millennium. I don't know, or care to know who hates Spain so much as you say, but that is no reason for them to abandon speaking Spanish. Perhaps a nice fascist country would be good for you?

Mestizo implies a mix between the native Americans and Europeans which applies in Mexico Central America and South America but not in the Caribbean. Mulatto is the mix between Black Africans and Europeans. Please read before YOU misinform people!

MDP to say better Spanish is spoken en Bogota (the best in Ibero America) than Spain is ludicrous . If you do not hate Spain then the response was not aimed at you so please read and comprehend before you respond. If you want me to explain why Latin American Spanish is imperfect I will educate you. Pepe32 PS I missed the Bolivian part ...that is funny Bolivians speak better Castillian than Castillians.....jajaja
