I would like to know what the local people of Dominica would think of Someone from the US bringing a Parasailing business (one boat and 5 jet skis) to the Island for the winter of 08'. I would like to get the honest opinion of people who live there or have specific knowledge of the morale of the Island. The people of the USVI do not particularly care for "statesiders" coming down to crowd their home. I would love to take business there but do not want to do it in a place where it is not wanted.. Thank you.
