Please give me advice how to go about it finding a person in Djibouti. Is there a registration system or some agencies one could write to ? Are there reliable private investigators or lawyers and how much approximately are their fees ? You can also reply in German ! Thank you ! Maria

Im a former US Contractor currently living in Djib, married an Isaac girl from here, formerly P.I. and Fugitive Recovery Agent from the U.S. The system here is antiquated an old (not to many working computers, all paper trails) but public records searches are fairly easy and cooperation from the Govt is fairly good, as long as you pay some francs here and there so officials can buy their daily supply of Quat. The postal system is almost non-existent because of theft, nobody uses it. If you would like me to help you write me at jshippy13@gmail.com and we can talk.
