Hungary to decide on veto on Czech opt-out at EU summit

Hungary will decide whether it will veto the Czech opt-out from the Charter of Fundamental Rights, part of the Lisbon treaty, only during the talks of the EU summit starting in Brussels tonight, Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Balazs told CTK today.
