China's high-flying economy is starting to lose altitude. The big question is whether the world's economic superstar will shrink gradually - or so fast that it harms a fragile global economy.

The Chinese knows what is best for them. Their system trickles down to all not like the Western system where only the rich benefit and there is a business cycle where you are strong for only a brief period. The Chinese system so far has been strong for 3 decades and some say it can go indefinitely.

the orator got the job
the .... got the job

it's all about influencing voters. not about sound management.
