That is a famous overseas chinese town. there were lots of people who went over ocean to look for jobs in the past.
Many of them were the poor, but soon become rich abroad.

Xin Zhonghua - what do you as a Chinese mainlander think about restoring Chinese Sovereignty in Outer Mongolia? Who cares about stupid Pilipino reefs in the middle of the sea why not restore Mongolia to China?

The past is past, Let it pasts. Im afraid we can hardly change the history.
Both KMT and CPC were responsible for the country apat from mainland. Both of them were compeled by the front soviet to sign the deal,
If China would get back the OM, the or the OM want to return back to China, a mirror from Crimea of Uklaine may reflect a particle of clue.
But the reefs or shoals are quite different things from above event. This is anything but triffle, None of them signed any acticles for the sovereignty.
so China, of cause, claims that as its own sovereignty.
and can not allow others to grab.

I am well with you. However, both Mainland China and Taiwan have acknowledged Outer Mongolia as an independent country. We have to keep our words. I know that the maps of China issued in Taiwan had included Outer Mongolia for a long period of time. Back then, China was under the influence of Soviet Union, and Taiwan is under the influence of US.

Those reefs are small, but we cannot give up. There're no questions that they belong to China and PH never claimed them. The whole incident started because of US's "back to Asia" strategy. They gave PH a retired military ship and the whole thing started. It's a tactic to use so called allied to "annoy" China and try to damage China's international image. For the past 200 years, China was weak and its land was invaded and robbed by so many countries: JP, US, UK, FR, NL and so on. China is getting stronger now; those countries cannot see it happen and will do their best to undermine or slow down China progress. Let's hope China will not fall for that.
