China has been doing it for 60 years.

The outcome: drastic improvement in education quality, and rapid progress in various science disciplines.

China is not against the west, it is too eager to learn from us.

An interesting suggestion but wouldn't that be classified as a destruction of culture and we know how excited some people get about that prospect when China tries to standardise education?

Wrong, the chinese want to learn western industrial methods. There is really little value in the culture. Just look at the Japanese, and Koreans. Do you think these cultures are western? NO. They only address the part, but the regular shows show ancient Chinese clothes, and the Chinese way of doing things.

I would suggest Cyrillic. The Dungan Hui dumped Chinese characters and replaced their Mandarin dialect with Cyrillic.
