EDMONTON - China topped the U.S. as the worlds largest energy consumer in 2009.
With friends like Obama, Canadians might rightly ask, who needs enemies? Rejecting Keystone XL would surely poison Canada-U.S. relations for years to come.
Well folks its 2013 someone forgot to tell the biased reporter.

Per capita many nations produce more pollution than China. But China can do much to improve the pollution.
