In 9/1958, when China, in its declaration extending the breadth of Chinese territorial waters to 12 nautical miles, specified that the decision applied to all Chinese territories, including the Paracels and the Spratlies, Hanoi again went on record to recognize China'sovereignty over the 2 archipelagoes. PVD stated in a note to Chinese leader Zhou Enlai on 14/9/1958 :"The Government of the Democratic Republic of VN recognizes and supports the declaration of the Government of the People's Republic of China on its decision concerning China territorial sea made on 4/9/1958 (see Beijing Review 19/6/1958, p.21 -- Beijing Review 25/8/1979, p.25 -- The existence of such a statement anf its contents were acknowledged in VN in BBC/FE, no. 6189, 9/8/1979, p. 1). Historically, politically speaking your quote is incorrect. Those two archipelagoes were part of Republic of Vietnam (South Vietnam) and Mr. Pham Van Dong was Premier of The Democratic Republic of Vietnam (North Vietnam). If your memory serves you well you should remember that there were two separate countries North and South Vietnam until 1975. The North Vietnamese Communist Premier have offered his recognition and support to China claims something were not belong to his government the North Vietnamese Communist, those islands were belonged to Government of South Vietnam.

Moreover, South Vietnam government no longer exist, and the current Vietnamese government is what's previous known as the North Vietnam government, and its international committment still needs to be fulfilled when it takes over the entire country. It cannot simply go back on its own words.

The North Vietnam government no longer exists since the political reunification of the North Vietnam and Republic of South Vietnam after the fall of South Vietnam. The Vietnamese government today is not the North Vietnam government nor Republic of South Vietnam. You should let your faithful heart tell out what is truth: Paracel Islands and Spratly Islands (not only Island) were under full control by South Vietnam before 1975 according to the 1954 Geneva conference. China is an unbelievable dirty country who supported and is supporting genocidal and oppressive regimes, from Khmer Rouge to North Korea, passing by Burma, Sudan and Vietnam. But Vietnam is different, as it broke away from China's grip then Chinks want to test its government. Go on, it will facilitate the fall of the morons who lead our country, they are actually very ashamed and ridiculized by dispersing our recent anti-China protests.

Pham Van Dong's agreements had been broken by China itself when it attacked VN in 1979 (and was defeated shamefully). The Chinks could not accept this and made some films showing "CHina's might against VN". In the border dispute 1984 they had captured some highpoints, just for save the face of their military. What a shame...

HIV the poster is much like HIV the disease however there are some differences. #1 HIV the disease is an incurable disease while HIV the poster is an incorrigible idiot. #2 While HIV the disease is certain to lead to AIDS and eventual death HIV the poster is certain to post more ridiculous drivel that leads to more people to ridicule him for his stupidity.
