Can you trust politicians?

Do they have any integrity? Many have thick skin and poor memory!

Ms. Aung San Suu Kyi visited South Korea a few days ago.

She told her Korean hosts that it is bad for Japan to make mistakes (invading neighbouring countries, massacres, and forced prostitution (comfort women)).

She added that it is even a bigger mistakes to deny wrongdoings committed in the past.

It is good she said that.

But she has forgotten her father's relationship with the Japanese invaders.

When Japan invaded British Burma, the British was no match to Japan's military forces.

Mr. Aung San supported Japan which attacked and beseiged British troops. Mr. Aung San was gambling, and he thought Japan's victory would give him more benefits and a Burma independent of Great Britain.

When the British in Burma were in dangerous situations, American, and nationalist Chinese troops tried to help, but Burma refused to co-operate.

When the war was nearing its end and Japan was losing in all fronts, Mr. Aung San suddenly became an ally of the Allied Powers again.

Mr. Aung San was lucky and he was spared by the victorious powers after Japan surrendered.

Sounds very familiar with how Korea betrayed Japan when Japan was losing in all fronts. It's quite a shame how Koreans are preoccupied with constant accusations & propaganda against Japan even after 67yrs had past, acting as if they were the victim of WW2.

Many Japanese soldiers who engaged in rape, looting and killing in China during WW2 were from the Japanese colonies of Korea and Taiwan.

Korea now is anti-Japanese, but some Taiwanese still feel proud of being part of the Japanese imperial army during that time.

Well, it is only because Taiwan does not induce anti-Japan sentiment throughout their education unlike Korea & China. In fact, the anti-Korea sentiment is much stronger in Taiwan because of how Korea deceived & betrayed Taiwan to regain their diplomatic relation with China in 1992, as well as continuous negative campaigns against Taiwan by Korea ever since. It seems the betrayal & Sadaejuui (Serving the greater power) are cultural habits of Korea.

That would be the best possible solution. Burma is becoming a major headache for all it's neighbours. It would be better if the country is torn apart.

This bitch Suu Kyi is just the beginning.
