with support of Wuxi administration and Banks, Suntech may enter develop into BT ( Built & Transfer ), BOT (Built,Operate & Transfer) BOOT ( Built, Operate, Own & Transfer) in India the highly potential market for Solar PV Mega Watt Projects.
As per the Indian Central and State Government Solar Policies, the Energy HT consumers are under Solar Power Obligation (SPO).
In the present Scenario there is a slackness in development but in the future i.e.whithin a year they must have to produce solar power themselves or they will be forced to purchase REC's in much higher prices otherwise penalised.
So if companies like Suntech enters in BT,BOT or BOOT in India, soon there is a big boom & demand for the existing Solar PV plants.
