Japan only occupied a small part of China during WWII. But for a long long time Japan used to have to pay homage to China, like several thousand years. Japan only occupied China for eight years.
China has had Japan by the balls in the last fifteen years.

Better stick to your Indian Kama Sutra fantasy where you stick your head inside in the hole to produce the orgasm and then smell the fart.

Japanese troops occupied a part of the Aleutian Island in the U.S. state of Alaska during W.W.II. And U.S. was a powerful, industrialized country then.

So, what's the point of this thread?

Japan occupied 1/3 of China, but even that was mostly guerrilla territory, except in the cities and along railway lines.

The topic opener is really clueless. But I enjoy people like this. This shows how a weakling will do anything no matter how cheapo to gain some cheapshot at some-one whos so obviously bigger, meaner and by far richer than you so hope to be but never be.

You know, I know, everyone knows after WW2 those that emerge as the major players and declared winners are formed to be the permanent members of UNSC.

China is one of them.

Anyway, war or no war, conquer or no conquer, far east is still far east, they dance and shine while you watch and envy and hate? hmmm

such is the notion of the insignificant ppl.

Another rubbish post:= "Why small nation like Japan ruled bigger country like China"

When did Japan ever ruled China? She was fighting a war from early 1900 throughout the period until she surrender in 1945. That was why Taiwan was returned back to KMT who was the only legitimate Govt recognized by the Western Power then.

The early success in the war by Japs were all due to the civil wars in China between the warring fractions KMT vs Red Army. The Japs were opportunists then.

When the KMT and Red Army joined force, the end for the Japanese intruders started.
It was because of the success of the war by the Red Army in the North China that leads to the quick defeat of Japan. Like Germany, Japan prefer to surrender to USA because she knows the consequences of defeat in the hand of the Chinese. She will be annexed. Most of the fierce fighting against the Japanese took place in China. China was just too big to be conquered.

Most of the history books on W.W.II written in the West have an Euro-centric or Ameri-centric focus due to the Cold War...yes, Americans claim too much credit for winning the war. But, here's the REALITY of W.W.II:

* 80 % of the German soldiers killed were in the hands of Russians.

* 2/3 of Japanese soldiers killed were in the hands of Chinese.

Of the 4.4 million Allied soldiers who died in the Pacific War (1937-1945), 3.8 million (86 %) were Chinese--Kuomintang troops or Communist guerrilla fighters.

Give it another one or two decades, with the economic rise of China, these W.W.II history books would be re-written with an Asiatic-focus, emphasizing the role of Russia and China in winning the war. Yes, bring back history to its reality.
