from point of technology, I guess it might be caused by bandwide and too much relays and routes among them.

general speaking, fire wall may cause delay, but listening function can not.

anyone knows how to improve that?

huh, incredible 3M speed? you may still live in the 10 years ago of the cybernet age.

that's not sweden, even in N.Korea or iran have higher speed than that.

grapes of this year picking in orchard are sweet, too.'cause plenty of sunlight.
it's goood to eat them.

My friend!I don't need faster internet,for me 24 Mbps is fast enough,but i think you have misunderstod the figures,let me show you a couple of examples!

Global average 2.6 Mbps
China average 1.5 Mbps
Hong Kong average 9.3 Mbps
Japan average 10.9 Mbps
South Korea average 15.7 Mbps

Looks like somebody finally admitted working for the Chinese government.

You know, those oppressive scumbags who control the DNS servers and the phone system in China and can easily slow down access or block sites they don't want the public to visit.
