You were saying?
Besides, it wasn't the mandate for palestine that created Israel, was it?
So why are you so obsessed by it?
Its very nice you can copy and paste but would help if you explain what you are trying to get at.

It was the mandate which is the legal basis for the creation of Israel.

As for article 25 from my understanding this is how Jordan 80% of Palestine was created and taken away from the Mandate for the Jews. It needed League of Nation consent to change and it was a class A Mandate which is enshrined in international law. There is also an article in the Mandate stating that the non-Jews will have civil and religious rights. no mention of political rights.
According to the UN Charter once the Mandate ran out they need the acceptance of Israel to change the borders.

According to the UN Charter once the Mandate ran out they need the acceptance of Israel to change the borders.
"In the territories lying between the Jordan [river] and the eastern boundary of Palestine as ultimately determined, the Mandatory shall be entitled, with the consent of the Council of the League of Nations, to postpone or withhold application of such provisions of this mandate as he may consider inapplicable to the existing local conditions, and to make such provision for the administration of the territories as he may consider suitable to those conditions"

Read it again.

The mandatory (that's us) doesn't have to apply a single part of the mandate if they don't think it's applicable to local conditions.

Also, no mandate can supercede laws which come after it. If (as you claim) the mandate for palestine doesn't give any political rights to non jews then the UN charter makes it defunct.

Finally (and most importantly), despite your obsession it was the UN partition plan which set up Israel and denying this also denies the legitimacy of that country.

There's no way you can spin it to say jewish people deserve political legitimacy but the arabs don't. Either they both do or neither of them do.

WOW my bad, you totally surprised me i bought into what you wrote.

Notice how it clearly states between the Jordan and the Eastern boundary. Israel and the Palestinian territory are in Western Palestine on the west side of the Jordan so have no connection to the above.

Jordan however was taken off the Mandate by the British using this article. This was around 80% of Palestine.

The Mandate give autonomy rights to the Palestine Arabs according to the Mandate.

There are different laws with different classes of Mandates and the Palestine Mandate was never legally or officially changed by the League of Nations and UN Charter article 80 reaffirms the legal basis for the Mandates.

While the UN partition plan supported Israels rights on the land it has no legal basis according to the UN website which clearly states that UNGA resolutions are not legally binding unless both sides agree to it. It is an opinion.

The Arabs have over 20 countries including the majority of Palestine. Do you believe that the other minorities of the middle east should have political rights???

I was only stating what the Mandate says.
I never said the Arabs don't deserve political rights although they have give no evidence to show that they could have a stable peaceful society (the world has changed since 1920's), I have stated here many times the least they should have is Autonomy which they mostly had by 2000 until Arafat turned down peace for war. As for a state, if they can prove their intentions are not to wipe Israel out most Israelis would support a Palestinian State.

SINCE THERE IS NOT ONE PART OF PALESTINIAN SOCIETY OR LEADERSHIP WHICH CALLS FOR PEACE WITH ISRAEL IN ARABIC, THIS IS UNLIKELY.

Do you think its right that Jews own large mass of land in Jordan but since 1920's are refused entry or ownership rights on that land even though legally they own it??

Life is unfair it works both ways.

Did you run out of things to say??? Maybe have a problem reading or understanding things???

You seemed so able to write a minute ago until maybe realising that what you are saying again shows your lack of knowledge on the subject.

Remember Jordan is 80% of Mandate Palestine which was taken away by the British from the future Jewish state.
