Read the article. It talks about how instead of just demanding that websites delete the articles they don't like they instead request to have some parts of the information downplayed, other parts stressed, have the comment section removed, and stuff like that. It also talks about the many interpretations the term "firewall" has.

he might have ballanced the effect of Prism plan.

despite many netizens condemn this monster of resisting their visiting many websites like Youtube and facebbook etc.
I think this object still play a part in preventing us from virus and many worst rumours.

What it shame is it still can not keep violent, mean programs away from us.
as if it pays more attention to politics more than blue and violent movies.
