Sorry, mon ami, I have to disagree. In international relations, there are no permanent friends or enemies, but permanent interests. Only naive, if not stupid, Filipinos consider Vietnam a friend. Some Filipinos probably even think US and Japan their friends. But I am afraid, they have none.

Do you remember what Bin Laden said. He and his associates also said "We are not terrorists." They called themselves heroes.

The Philippines govt did nothing. This mastermind of the terrorist attack is still in the Philippines. But govt fails to do anything.

They should arrest him and pass him to Malaysia.

Instead, he becomes the hero of many patriotic Filipinos.
