TOuchouble - You are untouchable meaning a Pinoy Dalit. Your words says all.

You can say that again at Pearly Gate if your capital could bombarded like the 1945. Hahahah

NO wonder Pinoy are BEHAVING SO BADLY! High on BANANA cocktail!

1. War with China - Any Pinoy soldiers thinks he can survived fighting a war with China must be crazy. They never get to see the enemy they are fighting. This is NO 1950 when China is still fighting a civil war at home.

2. Int'l law: If Philippines respect International Law and Treaty she would first look at the Treaty of Paris then the Treaty of Manila that says Philippines are confined to the 118 degree meridian. But Pinoy lawkessyers will conveniently refer to UNCLOS which they do not understand. A case of thief charging the owner that laughable.

3. With economic and Military MIGHT like USA demonstrate, how can China fail? Don't TALK like a CHILD!

4. Chinese Generals unlike the Pirates recruited by the Philippines are mostly UNIVERSITIES GRADUATES and in their 50's. Show how IGNORANT you are about the contemporary affairs of the world. No wonder you are TRAPPED in your Banana Plantation playing with the filed mice and the snakes.

Still whether you LIKE it or NOT.

Either WAR or International Court, CHINA wont win.

The signs are so OBVIOUS.

If CHINA knows she will win by:

1. War - With so many weapons, she HAS NOT DONE anything. Knowing the Philippines HAS no WEAPONS. But definitely she knows, the PHILIPPINES has strong allies like US, JAPAN, etc.

#UNTOUCHABLE

2. UN COURT- She was GIVEN A CHANCE to prove her claim BUT SHE RAN AWAY. Only Proving that her CLAIM is ILLEGAL.

All signs show that CHINA is impotent. Will not win at all.

Oh btw, who is CHINA in the first place? lmao!

When it happens, it will be all over with 24 hours. American will still be in slumberland.

UN Verdict have no bearing on SUPERPOWERS like USA, China or Russia. Too BAD!

You still need to fight a WAR if you want to steal them.

The Philippines action will be of the UN COURT'S decision.

I dare CHINA to attack any Filipino property, and we SHALL see.

CHINA will get INTERNATIONAL CONDEMNATION.

CHINA has not DONE a CRIME, and yet COUNTRIES globally are already YELLING at her. What more if she kills a Filipino and not follow the LAW? hahahaha.

You can tell those words now.

But when the time comes, once the UN COURT gives its verdict, it will be on her burden to EXPLAIN her actions.

The U.S. doesnt like to lose face. The US will persuade the whole world that CHINA is evil and of course as the leader he will have a great voice.

Dont u wonder why CHINA keeps insisting BILATERAL talks over Inernational court arbitration.

1. Those giveaways are feather dusters and if those are the most potent weapon, Philippines is DOOMED.

2. SUPER NATIONS do not get into each other ways as China learned in the late 1800 towards the end of the Qing Dynasty and that is why the French managed to steal ANNAM away, Japan.. Taiwan. So USA has nothing to lose as she has says from the beginning, USA is not involved in Territorial Spate. She cannot be seen supporting a THIEVING NATION which Philippines demonstrate she is.

3. Bilateral relationship will safeguard our interest as Malaysia discovered but off course, the slow learning and Poor Poor Pinoy has to find out the hard way.

4. The way I see it, sooner or later Philippines will be evicted out of the South China Sea either by China or Vietnam or some other claimant nations.

5. Malaysia is NOT ON YOUR SIDE after the SABAH intrusion and the silly UN stunt once again. We will behave diplomatically towards you and hope China will clobbered you.

TAIWAN CAUGHT PHILIPPINES LYING AGAIN!

"Taiwan data recorder rejects PH claim"
May 22, 2013

TAIPEI, Taiwan - Taiwan on Tuesday, May 21, released a satellite record of the route of a fishing boat fired on by Philippine coastguards, flatly rejecting Manila's allegations that the boat intruded into Philippine waters.

The killing of crew member Hung Shih-cheng, 65, sparked outrage in Taiwan, which has announced a series of economic sanctions against the Philippines.

Taiwan's Fisheries Agency said the voyage data recorder from the fishing boat showed it was not in Philippine waters when it came under fire on May 9.

"The satellite records indicated that the Guang Ta Hsin 28 had been fishing within Taiwan's exclusive economic zone throughout," the agency's deputy chief Tsay Tzu-yaw told AFP.

The satellite record showed that the ship was positioned at 122 degrees and 55 minutes east and 19 degrees and 59 minutes north when it was attacked at 10:12 am. The economic zones claimed by each country overlap.

"Since the Philippine authorities repeatedly alleged that the fishing boat had intruded into their waters, then why not make public the video records they claim they have taken from the coastguard boat?" Tsay said.

Taiwanese businessmen want sanctions on Phl lifted

Influential Taiwanese businessmen have been helping to lift economic sanctions imposed by Taiwan on the Philippines, an official of the Manila Economic and Cultural Office said on Tuesday.

MECO chairperson Amadeo Perez said several Taiwanese businessmen are trying to intervene to cushion the economic sanctions their government imposed on the Philippines over the death of a Taiwanese fisherman.

"The owners of the factories, mga businessmen who have influence on their government...are appealing to the Taiwanese goverment to resolve the problem," Perez said in a radio interview.

Perez added that these Taiwanese businessmen who feel that the sanctions are also hurting their industries.

Int’l arbitration panel ready to hear PH case against China

The panel of five international arbitrators that would hear the Philippines’ case against China’s claims in the West Philippine Sea (South China Sea) has been completed, the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) said on Thursday.

DFA spokesman Raul Hernandez said that Judge Shunji Yanai, president of the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea (Itlos), had appointed the last three members of the panel.
“That means the case is moving and, as expected, we are hoping that this case that we filed in the tribunal will proceed as soon as possible,” said Hernandez in a press briefing.

In a letter dated April 24, Yanai informed Solicitor General Francis Jardeleza, head of the Philippine legal team pursuing the case, that the panel had been completed.

The newly appointed arbitrators are Judge Chris Pinto (Sri Lanka), who will serve as panel president, and Itlos judges Jean-Pierre Cot (France) and Alfred Soons (The Netherlands).
In March, Yanai appointed Polish Itlos Judge Stanislaw Pawlak to join his fellow Judge Rudiger Wolfrum (Germany) in the panel. The Philippines nominated Wolfrum to the panel upon filing its case on Jan. 22.

The Philippines filed the case against China in an ad hoc arbitral panel in hopes of halting its incursions into established Philippine maritime borders in the West Philippine Sea. The move also sought to invalidate China’s nine-dash line claim in the waters, which the Philippines asserts encroaches on its exclusive economic zone.
China has rejected the proceedings, citing “indisputable sovereignty” over the potentially resource-rich territories. The process will, however, continue even without the participation of China, as stipulated in the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (Unclos).

The Itlos president took on the task of completing the panel upon China’s refusal to take part in the proceedings. Parties involved are supposed to nominate their panel members.

“The five-member arbitral tribunal will organize itself and establish its own rules. They will establish whether they have jurisdiction to hear the case,” said Hernandez.

“We are very confident that this will be taken up by the tribunal and that the tribunal will award us as far as our maritime entitlements in the West Philippine Sea is concerned and declare that China’s nine-dash line claim has no validity as far as international law and Unclos is concerned,” he said.

Hahaha

The Foreign Ministry of Philippines under foreign secretary Albert del Rosario can be truly called the Philippines Ministry of PROPAGANDA (PMP).
I notice all sources of the this disinformation to Philippines News Media came from PMP itself.

1. Let begin with what we understand by the word "Arbitration" - an alternate dispute resolution. It is a technique for the resolution of disputes outside the courts, where the parties to a dispute refer it to one or more persons,
by whose decision which both differing parties mutually agree to be bound.

2. Permanent Court of Arbitration in Hague
Description: The Court is NOT an OFFICIAL PART of the United Nations. Rather, it is an INDEPENDENT INTERGOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATION whose purpose is to administer arbitration, conciliation and fact finding in disputes involving various combinations of states, private parties and intergovernmental organizations.

3. In the absence of a disputing party, the decision is totally non-binding. Hence IMO a useless POLITICAL EXERCISE rather than real solution seeking.

4. In its Notification and Statement of Claim on 22 January, the Philippines listed thirteen points on which it asked the tribunal to rule.

5. As allowed by Article 298 of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS), China has declared that it DOES NOT ACCEPT compulsory dispute settlement procedures for specific categories of disputes. Therefore, the TRIBUNAL has no jurisdiction to resolve disputes relating to the delimitation of the territorial sea, exclusive economic zone (EEZ) or continental shelf.

AND some ignorant Pinoys are already celebrating as though they won the case without the understanding.
As I says before, whatever decision it may be it is NOT ENFORCEABLE because it is NON-BINDING.

Philppines foreign secretary Albert del Rosario may be harboring secret ambition by using this issue to make himself popular. Target: The post of President. My 2 cent.

I never THOUGHT that the SANCTION by a Taiwan can works WONDER for them.

The Vietcong uses children and women as shield but the Pinoy Government uses the Taiwanese entrepreneurs.

YES!

It teaches these Taiwanese entrepreneurs NOT to INVEST in politically UNSTABLE NATION like Philippines.

Even RED Vietnam is a much better location but off course there are plenty of other low cost destination e.g. Myanmar, Kampuchea, Laos, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, etc.

With that the loophole, Philippines uses to exports its made to China is also closed. Poor Poor Pinoy! Never think.

Soon a belittled and desperate Pinoy President will have to eat HUMBLE PIE and BEG for FORGIVENESS from the Taiwanese.

And meanwhile Philippines foreign secretary Albert Del Rosario will then stage his Presidency bid. Hahahahaha

The FUTURE looks bleak for Philippines, the crystal ball is saying! Hahahaha

Very CLEAR indeed that CHINA'S 9 dash claim is ILLEGAL! lol lol lol

They are concentrating on BASHING the Tribunal because it is very CLEAR, they have NO LEGAL BASIS wahahahaha.

They ran away like a P*SSY because they cannot PROVE their claim.

Yes, the Permanent Court of Arbitration is an intergovernmental organization with over one hundred member states INCLUDING CHINA.

Even it is NOT a U.N. organ,IT IS AUTHORIZED to HEAR DISPUTE CASES including UNCLOS. The Permanent Court of Arbitration and the INTERNATIONAL COURT OF JUSTICE are in the SAME BUILDING.

The UNITED NATIONS recognize and FOLLOW the Permanent Tribunal Arbitration's DECISION.

Again, CHINAMAN, you will FAIL to destroy the PCA'S name because YOUR COUNTRY itself is a MEMBER.

Whatever China does, the international arbitration process initiated will continue.

The decision of China to reject the friendly, peaceful and durable form of settlement of disputes provided for international law will not stop the arbitration process.

The proceedings under Annex VII of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) establish that "even if one party does not join or participate in the process, the process will continue until a decision is made by arbitral tribunal.
