Are the people from Higher Life Estates involved with the Monterey property you are selling? I know that Ivan Cooke, the president of Higher Life Estates, is living in a house in Monterey right now. Is the property you are selling under the project development "Vista De Suenos". Ivan has posted a video on his website that was filmed at the entrance to the Castillo Restaurant.

just curious about how to get the $200000 Joe took from my family for Costa Rica. He advised us on how to best invest.

We were 'advised' by our 'lawyer' how to 'invest' $200000 in Costa Rica. That was after he had us buy 5 houses from Evonne and Chris. Would like to know when to expect the restitution

I DON'T ANYTHING ABOUT VISTA DE SUENOS.
REGARDING THEIR LEGITIMACY, CHECK WITH A LAWYER.
I SEE THERE WEBSITE IS NOT FUNCTIONING.

Funny you say watch his back lol he said to us once at a dinner in CR that he killed people off for the cia years ago ... now people are after him lol.I may be too cause I believe he may have been convinced to by a certain plaintiffs lawyer to say I had investments in CR with whitney, but, I never did I'm still looking into it I'll be chasing his behind later if my investigation turns out to be right!

I was just doing some searching on You Tube as I have a home in the area and ran across Ivan's website. So I checked it out and much to my surprise there was my video (edited) from HGTV. Of course I was initially surprised and said to my wife that he can leave it there since it's really not my video and he left my web address on the video. I am going to my home for Tday; leaving in a week and will be there for two weeks. This place is like 5 minutes away from me. I will check it out.
