Cuba "Expertise!!!"-

Full story: Babalu Blog

"As the guerrilla army made its triumphal entry into Havana and the infant revolution shifted leftward, a hallmark of its anti-imperialist ethos became the loudly proclaimed nationalizations of the U.S.-based firms that had controlled many key sectors of the Cuban economy , including hotels and gambling casinos, public utilities, oil refineries, ... I now a guy who was in the Sierra Maestra with Castro and has shown me pictures of he and Raul .

I have also seen the old footage on youtube of him as Castro and the convey road into Havana.

He was a few cars behind Fidels tank and to this day has regretted not killng Fidel and Che when he had the chance.

Fidel was not a communist he was a dictator who was only out for himself ,they all knew this but thought that Fidel would have honest elections after Batista was gone and there was law and order.

Communism was the tool which Fidel used to hold power and get Russian aid.

He did spend many years in jail when he questioned the killings that Che was in charge of and it was only his fiendship with Raul whch kept him from being executed himelf, 90% of the men who fought for Fidel in his early days in Sierra Maestra "disappeared".

http://www.youtube.com/watch...

## If not for the federal gvmt ,Cuban run Miami would no better than Cuba, I honestly think we are the most politically corrupt ethnicity that walks the earth.

I base this not just by looking at Cuba but by looking at Miami-Dade , ESP Hialeah in Miami.

If you mean, "the US Government", when you say "WE", world opinion would agree with you. The US Government is a "Rogue State", if ever there was one! The rest of the world lives in suspense as to what country, the Military-Industrial-Complex, and the CIA, and its Nefarious Divisions,(who actually run the United States, instead of Congress, and the President), are going to attack,(or try to infiltrate to cause a Regime-Change), next. Do United States Citizens really need the Loss of Life of their young men, or the enormous Deficit, that these military incursions,(which the Government calls "Wars", and are, in reality, "Attacks"), on countries' that have a different system of government than US style of Democracy? What is the USA afraid of that would instigate this behavior?

Cuba has very little private or government debt - the USA is a basket case of debt.

To the Babalu Blog: In answer to your misleading headline "...nationalization of the US-based firms that had controlled many key sectors of the Cuban Economy ..." Here are the facts of the Batista-US-Maffia, contributed to the Cuban Economy, at the time they were nationalized by the victors of the Cuban Revolution, led by Fidel, Che, Raul and many significant others.
"Hate to break the news to all these "Experts": but in 1959, U.S. investments in Cuba accounted for only 14 percent of the island's GNP, and U.S. owned companies employed only 7 percent of Cuba's workforce.
Put that in your pipe and smoke it boys!
DON'T BE MISLEAD BY RUBIO, and ILLEANA ROS' radical talk regarding Cuba. They just want the US Backing so that they can return and profit from their ill-gotten-gains, of their Batista-Mafia-Connections in Cuba. Be very wary of ANYTHING that they say.
