Jacques Roy, sales manager for Fredericton-based Maple Leaf Homes, which made the units, said the insulation has a rating what's known as an R value

of 52 in their ceilings and 35 in the walls. He said R values for such homes in a more typical Canadian climate would be 40 for the roof and 20 in the walls.

Do you think those Attawapiskat bums will respect these homes as much as if they paid for them with their own sweat? They will neglect the homes, which they got for free, and the homes will fall into disrepair. Then they will do another photo op to embarrass the country and blackmail their way into more handouts, instead of just moving somewhere livable.
