Of course we know the answer to that one, don't we?

currently waiting for Rick Cluff of the Early Edition to ask Wally Oppal some of my questions.
How does he expect to hold criminals to account when he allows his officers to break the law. I've heard the chief break the law of Obstruction on his show. I believe that someone on another show ask him my question about prejudicing in favor of the shooter. He evaded that one and now we have him actually charged by me but still there is no justice for the police. He just floated "girlfriends" as being a cause of this. I guess the gang members must have been celibate until now. He says we have to work harder to help the police. Would you trust the police? I have and I tell the truth: THEY ARE NOT TRUST WORTHY |
||||
|
I you trust the police they can and will hold that trust against you anytime it suites them.
Because they are effectively above the laws they will never be held accountable where you may be harassed, or even killed for your good civic deed. It happened to me and is still on going. Do you think that my passion exhibited here against police lawlessness has only these (relatively) minor battles now ongoing as a foundation? No , Oh no, there is a foundation that is ongoing for my outrage that for my own safety I must be circumspect about it, but I know all the principals know, thanks to the RCMP. I once trusted the RCMP with my life for the good of the community, 13 years later they used that good deed to try to dissuade me from seeking legal compensation from a police officer whose dog attacked me and who left me yelling for help as they ran into the night to hide their identy. I had no criminal record, the only thing that was on record was this good deed. Which they immediately used agaist me. I WARN YOU THAT IT COULD COST YOUR YOUR LIFE TO TRUST THE POLICE. I'VE EVEN TRIED TO TRUST THEM AGAIN BECAUSE I BELIEVE STRONGLY IN MY SOCIAL DUTY, BUT THEY ARE NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES EVER WORTHY OF YOUR TRUST. THIS IS MY HONEST PERSONAL TRUTH AND I DON'T CARE IF I HAVE TO GIVE UP MY LIFE TO EXPRESS THE TRUTH YOU ARE NEVER GOING TO READ SOMETHING LIKE THIS AGAIN, BECAUSE EVERY WORD IS TRUE. |

THE OUTCOME OF THAT ADVENTURE WAS A SCENE FROM A "TRUE CRIME" NOVEL:
After I took them to th Police Complainer's emission, the Surrey RCMP had to investigate itself. One night, about 2 days from cropping out my 4 light show, which I paid the hydro for, there was a knock on the back door (the front was overgrown with brambles), "Superintendent of the Surrey RCMP" I've gotten tired of hearing this joke being pulled on me by my friends who were aware of all the ongoing interactions. I said, "Yeah right!" and swung open the door to see who it was. The voice was unfamiliar. Well hw hadn't been dishonest. He mentioned not being able to reach me and if I would come to the office to go over the investigation and sign it off. I closed the door of my stinky grow house and we continued on the porch. "Did you really out me to the .........." was my first question. "No and we will come extra fast if you call 911 for any reason" was his response (condensed) "So now you know what I do for a living. What's gonna happen about that?" I asked. When questioning by Officer .........; on the phone hinted at knowing what I did, I boldly told them exactly what I did and said that at least I don't run into the night to hide from people whom I've injured and are calling for help. These were his exact words, "you leave us alone, and we'll leave you alone." I might have signed off on the investigation already because he seemed to want to make a deal with me. When he said those words I knew that he was being sincere. We shook on it. I moved up the street, rented a fourplex with 4 meters, plugged in 26 1000watt bulbs and put that handshake to test. Although they came to the door on other matters several times, I had some bad tennants in there too at first until pretty well after a few months up expansion I could afford to leave these trouble makers out on the street, My landlord a Sihk loved counting those 20's every month. Finally things got to dangerous for a man in my position. When I started to dream of building a hand held cannon to ward off the young punks with 9mm's I left dangerous Surrey. My hydro records are proof of my veracity. My joke that I sent to several standup comedians was, "In Surrey the meter readers take a high speed camera along to do there jog. This is not to bust grow-ops, this is to stop the spinning meters like a photo finish camera settles the outcome of a race. I knew when I was shaking the Superintendent's hand that he was being sincere. All I had been wanting was my $350.00 in damages from the police officer (not an RCMP) whose dog attacked me. If this was the best arrangement in compensation that I could get, so be it. I did all right.......... |
||||
|
It is not that I trusted him to be sincere.
I knew positively that he would be. He didn't ever want me going public again with those allegations of the backstabbing I received. And what for? Who care about a small time pot grower who pays for his hydro? Definitely he wasn't going back on his word. I had very few writing skills or understanding of the system back then but through constant illegal contact by the police I have had a chance to hone my skills. It's an example of the action/reaction principle that pervades life. If they didn't show me their illegal gang criminal nature and screw with me, I wouldn't be in the state of dangerous-to-myself outrage. But its important that people understand the truth about their cops if we want a safer future. There is no other way than to hold them to the laws as severely as they would hold anyone else. No other solution exists for our social disintegration due to lawlessness. |

The RCMP had me pulled off the street under the mental health act for telling this exact story.
All of it true. Do I believe they torture, murder, beat senseless innocent people who they get a chance to. One of the most shining assets I have is that that I don't get violent, and therefore don't give them the opportunity to TASER me. I keep my temper, keep my eyes and ears open and ask why a lot. I am armed with sharp senses, great knowledge of the law, understanding of human nature and am not easily intimidated. I'm usually never drunk (don't drink anymore now) and always under control of my faculties. I also know how to talk with anyone and seize the moment (and conversation). That is the first secret of being able to hold the police accountable, mind your P's and Q's and don't give them any reason to ratchet up the conflict. Do it in a nice way though, but definitely let them understand that you are aware of your rights. It's a matter of not breaking any laws yourself but seeing, documenting and exposing these illegal contacts by the police. Like me, there are no charges pending, I'm a law abiding citizen,(some laws are there to encourage lawlessness in order the I may maintain my freedom of safe choice as an alternative to alcohol) That is the only criminal act that I commit And I will not have such an idiotic law, not only exist, but be applied by what is in effect a violent criminal gang above the laws itself. Not gonna happen over my living body Steve. |

Great show on BC Almanac today all callers so far say prohibition is insane.
Tony Smith a Vancouver [police officer tells it like its among others. See the way they are pointing. Exactly as I am, we are all sincere and sane. http://www.cbc.ca/bcalmanac/index.html |

Some people actually don't understand strategy and feel I'm nuts. This might also be the way some entities wish to paint me and so they try to float this as being "insane" behavior.
Its actually well thought-out strategy which prevents a lot of personal danger to me simply that if something did happen to me and all these different ministries have the links to my threads and that they were worried enough about me to send 3 cops and a man with a few questions. I hope nothin' is going to happen to me. All I want for Christmas is that the Chief adheres to the laws and my police force (yes perhaps reluctenrly) leaves gang behavior behind. What's so terrible about that? Believe me, if we leave Prohibition behind and hold our cops to a much higher standard we will garner more citizen trust and their job will become exponentially easier. I'll bet anyone any amount of money that these things would have a dramatic, immediate effect of increased safety in our societies/communities from all shores, throughout our land. Hey if I have to sacrifice my existence for something so worthwhile as a safer society, I don't mind. Not a bad trade actually if you think about it on a survival of the fittest scale. I might actually get to impact future generations beneficially with my small sacrifice. Besides I've realized a long time ago that the last moment will come sometime. What I believe to be true for myself, because I've been skirting around that abyss, is the frame of mind that you are in. That's why I enjoy being non stressed, going the way that my spirit drives me, being happy in life. Some people can do that which ever way they chose. For me its huge doses of coffee and herb. That's my choice, why make society suffer organized gang violence for my personal safe choice? |

it's a propaganda arm all right,... but not for this government,...for the government thats never been in canada,... yet,....and hopefully never will,...won't as long as enough decent people exist to stop it....the c.b.c. should have it's funding cut and see if the 2% of the population that watches it ,and/or are stupid and/or ignorant enough to believe the lies,deceptions half truths,lies by ommision,spin,and twist that the propogandists at c.b.c. work so hard to use to convince their gullible audiences that black is white,right is wrong, and good is bad, can support it.

That's interesting and very heartfelt.
I'm sure you have you reasons. I think that in many respects they o have their own agenda. There are enough representations of my point of view (actually several times right from my mouth on the air) for me to understand that they are trying. I believe that if I were honest I scream at them for their blatant ignorance as often as I laugh in realization of the depth their insight. It's larly balanced for me. What I enjoy (here I thank for the 2% sector that you place me in) about CBC is the quality of the people who the get to spill their insights, stories, mostly enticed by skilled interviewers with nice voices. Sure they leave out a lot, look at my important issue, but maybe the world is not yet ready for me, or I for it. They (CBC) are legally the megaphone of the government in an emergency I think. I don't like the idea about dumbing everything down and never hearing a dissenting voice so that many people can feel like the stupid rule. The budget of CBC gives us great hockey and other sports plus insight from the world, basically for pennies. To satisfy every moron's wish is not a good way to make savings. I would have thought that I was in the top 15 to 10 top percent of the people intelligent enough to enjoy CBC. Thanks for putting me in such rarifried company as 2%.... |

Again on the current radio show "On the Coast" Karen has tantalizingly mentioned something about an interview? with the "new" Deputy Chief.
Could this too be a signal of things to come? an introduction of the New Deputy Chief. To be fair he does sound pretty sharp but then so did the other one until he let his underwear show |
||||
|
Or maybe its about the Richmond firedepartment who had a deputy chief without experience take up the position?
They've be through a gender oppression thing recently (ongoing entrenched male prejudice) |

If you follow the local news, current events of all kinds things seem to blend sometimes.
There are many unheard of voices stating there input against prohibition because of the gang violence, that for once I feel that the side of reason is no longer being oppressed. They did put one old warrior on who wanted full out nuclear war with the criminals of all kinds and thought that this would make us safer from stray bullets. I've talked many times with people who are far off the scale of reason. They will tell you that more people carrying personal weapons would lead to a safer society. The definition of safety is basically what divides us. Safety would be assured the well armed, the powerful, the belligerent, the psychopathic, the alcohol affected bent on taking you down and manufacturing a reason for it by carrying a throw-away. Under no circumstances would the carrying of more firearms be a safer course to take in my estimation. The problem is that laws don't cut it in a business when your small 4 meter show is only showing a 10 grand per week profit(that by the way if kept up for any length of time equals over a half million per year-I didn't stay at it long because I valued my life-also verifiable by records and you must remember i was basically teased into testing the RCMP handshake) these things are important to know. There is no stopping the proliferation of this very pleasant (for some) herb. As long as Prohibition makes it a lucrative proposition and crime, money, sexy broads, movies all focus on the drug adventure you won't do anything except add more gasoline to the fire. It must become a garden herb for old people who like to cough to the generation after the next. It stinks and isn't pleasant but might help taken as a herbal remedy for certain neurological diseases There were so many well spoken people who put meat onto the argument for legalization that I never felt like calling in to the on air line Thanks CBC for allowing reason on your shows finally |

When I reread this thread this morning, my own sanity came into question by me.
I could be insane, its a fine line with people like me. If I am, violence doesn't enter my thought processes other than scenarios for novels and short stories. Theoretical violence, weapons and methods of attack, strategies, action vs. reaction challenges flit constantly through my coffee herb enhanced "big screen". Some thoughts, like I think most humans', are born of dangerous hateful feelings and they climb onto my neural net in a very angry (Could be violent killer if I gave it vent) beginning. Reason soon prevails (within seconds now earlier in life as long minutes.) It is in those early stages of emotional eruption when rational thoughts are not yet formed that murder happens. Some people never learn to shorten that period of non control, that eruption of raw hate emotion that I think most are capable of.(More the Alpha's than any other social group- the snarlers) It's so important to channel that first expression of rage. Shorten it down , step up to an out-of-body experience and look at yourself, realize its a looser's menu of options be reasonable. Take them seriously, don't denigrate them, their job is too tough for me(I'd be hiding in the donut shop or over at the UBC campus playing with the coeds and my handcuffs. Try to make them at ease by not being confrontational when you are in contact with them. So keep their numbers by writing them down if the contact is unsatisfactory in any way. You can really learn a lot of this in the dog parks. A confident/mature/rational dog will not bite first. They will posture but always submit to their master's rules. One day I realized that if my "piece of work dog" could learn to control this behavior and obey the laws I set for him, then by golly so could I. We are so joined at the hip, my white Wolf and I, thanks B...... Ali's the best gift I ever got from anyone. |

Klaus, if you're hearing from different people that you're coming off as a bit crazy, there may be something to that.. I for one can't understand what you're on about in most of your many many posts here. Might be a good time to spend some time away from the computer and do something else that you find interesting.
|
||||
|
Did I say "but always submit to their master's rules." in the last post?
Well of course I did. I BELIEVE STRONGLY IN THE RULE OF SANE NON OPPRESSIVE, SAFE, LAW....... I want a strong rule of law in our society and I have been displaying it in my life. Not perfect by a long shot and regrettable in many areas, but average Canadian experience overall. I would welcome with open arms what Harper promised in his campaign speaches about going after all corruption and government lawbreaking. Having heard Paul Martin on CBC yesterday, I wonder why he and the other Principals in my Hate Crimes case of March 2005 CRTC file # 233039 http://portland.indymedia.org/en/2007/03/3563... DON;T JUST APOLOGIZE TO ME AND BE DONE WITH IT. THEY BROKE THE LAWS IGNORED ME AND NOW CONTINUE TO STONEWALL ME. WHY NOT APOLOGIZE AND MAKE ME FEEL LIKE I COUNT AS A CANADIAN TOO, NOT JUST THEIR PORK BARRELING FRIENDS. I DON'T EXPECT CRIMINAL TRIALS BUT ANNE Mc.LELLAN CALLED ALL MARIJUANA SMOKERS STUPID AND STILL HASN'T RETRACTED HER STATEMENT OR APOLOGIZED. WHY THE F**K NOT? When we get an example of a lawful society coming from the top down, from all our institutions, especially those which are tasked to uphold the laws, our adventurous youth would see our social commitment to the and fair Justice and chose even in rebellion, a higher standard of criminal behavior. This more than any window dressing such as this Gang Task force announced this morning. This is one of those make work Government Projects which will keep cops and supporting burrocrats from becoming homeless soon. The change will come when we as a society gets honest and steps up and demands real adherence to the laws from every sector. There must be no more "morality" based laws which limit personal freedoms in any way other than to restrict in the normal way, the impact of bad behavior caused by the uncontrolled criminal actions of someone under any circumstances. Its the criminal actions on others by people that fail to abide safely by the common rules of society. In other words no matter what you ingest and in whatever quantities you wish, only if your actions impinge illegally, unsafely, directly on others will you be held responsible under the law. Smoke whatever you wish in places that it is legally condoned, inject draino if you like. Only if your actions impinge on anyone lese does the law come into place. All efforts to help the people who seek help can and will be made. The government must not control a monopoly of production of relatively harmless organic products which anyone can provide for themselves. To safe guard other countries whose laws are not as liberated as our we could put into effect an "Exportation law of equal severity as the other country's importation law. Double the bubble if you are caught bringing it out of Canada. That way we can be respectful to our neighbors and still go safely our own way |

Listen to CBC Almanac today at noon Pacific.
http://www.cbc.ca/bcalmanac/ It promises to be revolutionary and honest try calling in and getting on the show. A hint to would be callers there is a delay on air of about 8 seconds. So try to figure in the connection point in advance of the conversation ending by 8 seconds. It sometimes works for me when I guess that magic moment just right and be like th first sperm cell to fertilize the egg by catching the connection. Anyways, this is what I meant by getting your knuckles skinned while practicing the mechanics of Democracy. I know it odd when you could be doing so many more productive, even pleasant things. Yet if no one does it the vehicle of freedom will break down. It's only through attention to every little detail of this complex machine that we will continue to be free. |
||||
Well thanks for your concern Pat and you are right many don't understand what I am going on about. They fail to understand even the most well explained direct incidents where the police have actually ricked a citizen's life onbehalf of a fellow cop. I honestly am aware that there are many levels of comprehension and the parameters of sanity are wide. The raft of opinions contains a mix of sticks. Some float better than others. One thing that I am positive of is that someone of your calliber 's judgment will roll off my back and entice me into another wordy, slightly above your comprehension level, just the legal side insane posting. I love being able to confuse some people, and just totally bore civil servants who are being tasked to surveil my crap until they puke. I love my ability to passionately affect pernicious posts from sheer frustration. I know that I have touched you, simply by reading your post and seeing how much you wish to touch me. |
||||

Well this afternoon i was troubled by the touching interview on Karen Burgess's show 'On the Coast' 3 to 6 pm Pacific Standard.
Here is what my marijuana enhanced perception came up with in response to the Integrated Gang Violence team and Eilleen's passionate response for elected judges. These are back end measures that won't do a single thing, just like harsher laws. The only way is the conclusion of the post below: Her mother's tears touched me as she recounted the impact of her loss. her son was an innocent victim in the Surrey multiple gang homicide. The the head of the gang violence response team has come on just now spewing tough talk. I've heard it before. Maybe time to go to South america for a little R&R if I had tons of drug money and was higher up on the food chain. Let the troops duke it out. That's what I would do for the "number of weeks" this hot shot VPD gangster, Inspector Dean Robinson, has promised that this "hassle the gang banger" initiative will last. sounds like a little Vancouver Street theatre. This will not save another innocent person from sooner or later being killed in the cross toss of lead. This is window dressing and judges being elected Eilleen ain't gonna do it. When this society makes a serious commitment to obeying the laws at all levels especially law enforcement, then we will see a trickle down effect by example and can begin to raise a lawful generation again. It's the example of all our institutions of abiding by the laws, that sets the standards for the rest of society. |
||||
|
Today we will see whether the Vancouver Police board will uphold the law, on my charge of obstruction of justice.
We will see if there is a change in their attitude about changing the landscape and holding our police accountable under the law. When I charged him I thought that was a done deal because the crime is evident and can't be denied. Today, I truly feel that we will continue to live with a gang of goons as cops who can break any laws at any time, without worry of being held accountable. Canada is a third world country, where police kill routinely and cover it up with the help of elected officials |
