How to utilize the canadian detention jail system ?
A buddy of mine was arrested on 52 division last christmas for theft under yet when he went to the cell, 2 detectives came up & told him they will lay more charges on him for rape of someone girl near 52 division!
He was astonished to learn this is how Toronto police reacts to victim of theft under - remember my buddy is "innocent" until proven guilty in court of law! Now what happens next he argues with the detectives & ask them to verify his telephone number & his living address near the girl but silly detectives walk away - why simple because it was a bad night & they needed a escape goat to prove their theory as in any crime scene tv series CSI. They said to him get a lawyer.
He stayed for theft under charge for over 4 months because his friends were all on holidays at x'mas, bad luck strikes.
He couldn' t believe the detectives would not even listen to him for verifying telephone #.
See the judicial system in any country works on the position of supply of criminals in the system - they say after taking to close buddy in law, to keep a healthy system in a country called 'Canada' you need to have balance of law breakers.
What happens to Africans in Toronto after 6 months of un-employment ? They end up in Jails of course silly!
Toronto west Detention center
Is welcome accommodation for 2000 inmates total.
When my buddy was there he witnessed 1500 African inmates
300 mix of all races including natives
How lawyers make there case to rip off innocent foreigners & get legal aid from poor struck or stuck inmates in Jails? Answer is Legal Aid. Canadian government subsidizes fees for lawyers in court of law.
What to expect in Canada after your 4 years education?
Where to go? How to live with Canadians (whites/blks etc)?
How to deal with law?
What to expect if failed to comply?
Assualt charge max penelty
Domestic assualt - when a girl makes complain to police - max charge
theft under charge - 15 days in custody
How to get legal aid to hire a lawyer when in
trouble since cost is too expensive to retain
by self individual - legal aid is free - just fill out application.
When in custody it takes approximately 90 days in custody to process an application.
If you find yourself in custody - the Harper government, passed a new law which
prevents people in Jail to bail within their own consent,
therefore they need to find a close relative or friend who is willing to meet conditions in order to bail them out at cost of $1500 -->$1000 depending on the case.
The lawyer needs to be retained before this bail hearing is
heard by judge.
Its all about contacts in judicial system + cost!
2 things not just cost if you are coming from third world country.
Welcome to British/Nazi Canada.
Toronto Judicial Courts - old city hall Location is at queen st west
next to Eaton Center - the old building with big flag.
Bail Program - after leaving in custody have to report to bail officer
once a week depending on your conditions
All these Canadians do is sit on their ass & wait until
foreigners make mistake & go arrest them!
Maple Hurst Det C
Lindsey Det C
Old finch court is the worst court since the fines over there are
given 2/3 more in custody
sentences as compared to college park.
After you graduate with good results - they don't want to give
you executive level jobs or even entry lv.
You will probably become a cab driver. Good luck?
Welcome to reality - FIY if you didn't know!!!

This is the 40 or 50 ranges in any detention center housing 32 inmates at a given time.
Below is the picture of Toronto West Detention C at 111 Disco rd look at the address?
Secondly there are 5 tables in each range label as t.
There is a range head inmate who is responsible for watching TV & internal politics.
The W is the range walk path where after getting sick of watching each other inmates start to walk. It takes approx 40 circles to complete 1 hour to tell the time inside the jail.
There are 10 cells in each range housing built for 1 inmate but the poor Canadian government puts 3 inmates in there. The p1,p2 & p3 are the 3 telephones available to all long as the COs known as officers dont spot you making a same call twice? There window is all the way to the left of diagram. The x with either direction pointing to the TV are the ranges out of range where those inmates inside unable to look at the TV properly, this is a complaint to the Canadian government please design proper TV access for all, where 8 cells have a nice view & others not, only hear the digital dolby surround (type error) sound. 3 meals a day & cable tv in -35 degrees what else one has to do in Canada & not work all day.
