Yes, people with Criminal Records can enter the US. There are provisions through the American Consulate where you can apply and pay a fee of what used to be $99.00 that permitted you entry over a 1 year period. That doesn't mean you can stay there for a year, you can travel there anytime within that year under the same restrictions and/or conditions as anyone else.
If you don't get the proper paper work, then yes, you will be barred entry if found out. For those that think just getting a Canadian Pardon will suffice, that is incorrect because the US doesn't recognize Canadian Pardons. You would still have to go through the proper channels.

What is the point of a pardon then???? Is it only good in your country then?

Harley Honey, even if what "yernogood" posted was true, it wouldn't matter a hill of beans to me nor should it matter to anyone else. Now knowing that it was simply a malicious lie, perhaps you should lodge a complaint with the moderators and have the jackass turfed. Personally I think the dick slap should be turfed anyway.

As far as pardons go, I don't see any advantage whatsoever. I went through the drill and got one but it hasn't proven beneficial outside of Canada.

Sturgis is out for me this year. Don't think I'll be venturing much past Ontario and the eastern seaboard states, probably some time in August. Hoping to get a crew together for a ride to Sturgis next year. Want to take at least 3 weeks and do a real good run. A few of us are heading down to the states again in the Fall to pick up a half dozen harleys amongst us for winter projects. We should be able to sell them at a profit enough to finance our trip to Sturgis next year.

Night Train....I use to go on another site, but Yernogood.. and a few other crack heads got to be too grade school, comments that are ridiculous, etc, you know what I mean. Making up other names to support yourself. So I quit commenting on it, but it does not stop the fans from following you. And as I said...we cannot pick all the time those that have a thing for you.
I still go to the site and read, it is like the Sunday Funnies all over again. Gives me a chuckle.
