Promoting Rule of Law will end violence. Wow! What wisdom. As usual her utterance is nothing more than hollow rhetoric.
Which laws is she talking about?
Poor Burmese people, so underdeveloped intellectually, are clueless about what Weapon of Mass Deception, WMD Suu Kyi Aris means; some are still blindly following her beccause they love her late father Aung San.
Rule of what law?
The repressive laws of the military era are not yet reformed. Arbitary arrests and convictions without the principle of " beyond doubt", and without admissible evidence are no good rules.
She simply fails to undestand that Muslim problems and ethnic divisions are the legacies left behind by coloniser England. By marrying Englishman Michael Aris she had disgraced all Burma.
With her third class degree she is not intelligent enough to know what it takes to make good laws.
She continues deceiving Burmese people with hollow rhetorics, whilst contributing nothing to development of genuine democracy.
The latent grievances of Buddhists who account for 90% of the population cannot be solved by using harsh rules or makeshift laws that are no different from the decrees of the military era.
SuuKyi Aris is stupid.
