I was there a little over a week ago. In Djibo I saw refugees, mostly women and children in bi trucks dropped off in the market area. On my way out of town to the capital city I saw many, many refugees. They were in make shift camps just south of Djibo.

The drought in the Djibo area is so sever and people are running out of food. This is a huh humanitarian disaster on our door step and it won't wait.
