The minister for Bulgarians abroad, Bozhidar Dimitrov, has withdrawn from a visit to the town of Prilep in Macedonia to attend the inauguration of a restored military cemetery after controversy about whether the graves contain the remains of Bulgarian or Macedonian soldiers.
