Obama won't be around much longer. Homosexual 'marriage' is a cruel lie with no real basis in how homosexual live!

No significant percent of the homosexual population has 'married' in ANY country that allows it, and studies have shown that few such 'marriages' are even exclusive relationships.

The homosexual 'marriage' movement is a hate based political charade attacking what others hold sacred.

No homosexual relationship shares the reasons for government involvement in real marriage. No economically or physically unequal genders are involve. No child is ever born as a direct result, and no such relationship can provide a child with a father and mother. Having both is one of the most accurate statistical predictions of a child's future success in life.

Homosexual themselves overwhelmingly reject 'marriage' as an actual practice in EVERY country that allows the concocted oxymoron.

You have no basis to speak, sir, and your post is incredibly offensive. Do some research before spouting off hatred and bigotry next time. Better yet, stop spouting your hatred altogether.

Since you don't wish to baptize a dead Jew "by proxy," perhaps you could marry a dead Mormon woman "by proxy"?

That way we wouldn't snicker at your status as a single, unmarried male who is fixated on all things homosexual beyond all measure quite as much. Because you would be married to a woman, uh, sort of.

So explain to me how this post contains one atom of value or truth. I didn't read it because it's posted again and again on the boards, reminding me each time of congealing vomit. Explain to me how this differs from the shit that oozes out of a dog's ass onto the ground before the dog's owner picks it up in a bag, with distaste, and drops it into the nearest trash receptacle.

Explain how this point of view *doesn't* sound sociopathic, much like a recited litany of what this poster WISHES were true of gay people -- not what is actually true of them.

Explain how any living being could *dare*, could open their mouth and *dare* to call my post anything negative when I am responding logically to an attempt to browbeat, mischaracterize and hate on a minority.

Why is it any of your concern what they call their relationship? If/when gay marriage is recognized, my vows to my wife will remain unchanged.

I also doubt that your definition of "normal" is of any concern to them.

You really should educate yourself on the topic before you presume to speak. Your utter ignorance is showing by what you've posted.
There are just a handful of countries currently that have any sort of legal recognition of same-sex unions. Saying that "most" countries have legal same-sex partnerships is plain untrue.
Of those countries that do have legal same-sex unions, some have chosen to use a different term for those unions rather than call them marriage. Other countries, such as Canada, have chosen to use the single term "marriage" to refer to all unions regardless of the genders of the couples involved.
Here's how Canada handled the issue of using the word "marriage" (from http://readerrabbit.blogspot.com/2009/04/gues... )
Then Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin explained the problem with the concept of civil unions in his February 2005 Bill C-38 speech on same-sex marriage.
“…some have counselled the government to extend to gays and lesbians the right to “civil union”. This would give same sex couples many of the rights of a wedded couple, but their relationships would not legally be considered marriage. In other words, they would be equal, but not quite as equal as the rest of Canadians.
The courts have clearly and consistently ruled that this option would offend the equality provisions of The Charter [of Rights and Freedoms]. For instance, the British Columbia Court of Appeal stated that, and I quote:“Marriage is the only road to true equality for same sex couples. Any other form of recognition of same sex relationships... falls short of true equality”.
Put simply, we must always remember that “separate but equal” is not equal.”

It is hard to understand why so many people are upset by something that is not going to affect their lives in the least. Who exactly does gay marriage harm?

Next on the Obama agenda:

Eliminating Sex Offender Registry.

This process is already underway. The ACLU supports elimination of Sex Offender Registry. They HONORED lawyer representing Sex Offenders who have refused to comply.

and

Classifying Pedophilia as a "disability". The next step:

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/01/09/gree...

PROTECT OUR CHILDREN!

Don't care if gays marry. Their failures in marriage will be the same as heterosexuals failure in marriage.

Remember, homosexuality is not the 'norm'. It's a small group of the entire population.

Let them marry, who cares?

We have children who need to be adopted and loved, let them adopt.

(Though it is a proven point that children raised in a gay household are more 'open' to sexual experiments with same sex).

Gays don't associate with hetersexual males, just hetersexual females.

The anti-gay crowd always predict doom and gloom should LGBT rights be recognized. Guess what? When LGBT rights are affirmed life goes on and the doom and gloom predictions don't come true.

Canada is a perfect example of this. LGBT rights were affirmed, even with same-sex MARRIAGE being legally affirmed back around 2003. What happened to Canada?

It continued being a stable, safe, prosperous country.

Crime rates are now at their lowest since 1973. No earthquakes, natural disasters, or other "God-given" punishments for respecting human rights of all citizens. Universal health care continues, education still produces an informed population, science and industry continue to do their thing as they always have. Canada even managed to avoid the economic crisis that affected the USA and other countries thanks largely to Canada's regulation of the banking and investing industries.

And Canada continues to be respected worldwide for its human rights and sense of justice.

Most countries allow certain advantages to couples who are married, such as the right to inherit. If same sex couples can (and do) fall in love with one another then why should they not be granted the benefits that heterosexuals enjoy?

"Normal" or not, by whatever standards you've chosen, homosexual attraction does exist and neither you nor I can deny that fact.

They can call it by any name they want, but it will never change the fact that it's just 2 dudes or lez's together for sexual preference. You can't legislate peoples perception of an abnormality any more than make people not stare at others with visible physical abnormalities. Just human nature.

And your stunning example of the standard anti-gay argument is why equality for LGBT citizens is inevitable.
