Year 2008At the recent Asia Pacific ICT Awards (APICTA) the Limkokwing University of Creative Technology walked away with the Best in Media & Entertainment for its music video called Barricade by the band Love Me Butch. Aired over Channel [V] the music videos in English. The video was edited using Final Cut Pro software with the motion graphics done using Adobe After Effect.
Brand Excellence Award & Export Excellence Award (services) by MITI, Malaysia

The University was the proud recipient of two awards from the Ministry of International Trade and Industry on May 27. The Export Excellent (Services) and Branding Excellence Award showed the highest recognition and faith of the Malaysian Government in Limkokwing in bringing Malaysian education abroad.

how can u claim LKW is the best univeristy in the world? the Uni x desereved to be awarded - university status, what research they have done, what kind of facilities do they have, how many phd holders working there...they only exploiting the lecturers....lecturers are being treated as a slave,teaching is not the main task....but many unrelated jobs need to be done. ask anyone who's working or resigned from the place...4 me it's the worst place anyone can work 4.

Dont judge by the awards...dont be surprise you can buy those awards....

first of all the lectures are not qualified.how can a lecture be sumbody who graduated from a tertiary school with a G.P.A of 2.8 out of 5.0 be a lecture?.So u better think again about choosing limkokwing.I c tha school as a money making machine coz these lectures are paid pennuts coz they dont have masters or PHD.
