whatch out for this guy....especially females. He is a manipulative piece of work preying on vulnerable women. He owes all kinds of people money. He left Belgium and moved to the USA, leaving wife and child behind. He married a woman there, took advantage of her and physically abused her. He was deported back to Belgium and now stays in the oostende area somewhere.
Any info on where he stays...?
