Lots of NRB are victimized and manupulated by Bashundhara Group in Bangladesh now

I have received lots of complain about what Bashundhara Company in Dhaka is doing with lots of Non Resident Bangladeshi and local plots buyers in Dhaka, Bangladesh. via News from Bangladesh

The same thing happened to me. I paid my installment and registration fee a year ago but have not received my plot. Bangladesh Govt should step in and make Bashundhara give their plots. Otherwise no NRB will invest in Bangladesh in future.

I heard that now Bashundhara Group Is under Army control. The Sobhan family is now out of Bangladesh cause they can be killed by army to take over all their businesses.

I also heard the army taken so far 250,00,00,000 taka from Bashundhara Group is this the money we pay for our plots installments or what money they are taking.

Who is running Bashundhara Group the Sobhan family or the army.

If it is the army I will not pay any more installment until Sabhan family or normal government comes to power in Bangladesh.

I advise all the NBR's to look into the matter before sending money.

One local friend informed me that Bashundhara Group is now run by some ex- employee's which the Sobhan family sacked long before.

DEAR my all NRB Brothers i don't know how they deal with theire client. i also booking a plot at riverview bashundhara now installment is runing.I Really worry that how they will treat with me after complete my installment.? is the bashundhara is not realiable ?

we can trust bashundhara group. It's a large company and lots of local company buying plots to the bashundhara group and investing more to develop flat. Peoples of bangladesh from different part are also buying plot and flat. It is the top level realestate company of Bangladesh. i hope sobhan family will come back soon. criminal will must come under law but company will stay to serve it's clients. we can also think about Bill gates, he has retired from Microsoft but his company will run automatically. another brother saying in this site that army has taken 250 cr taka. my question is how do know that? you most NRB think different about Bangladesh from abroad.
