For the last two month I saw at least three US based energy giants being in hurry selling their shares in Azerbaijani Caspian sector gas projects. The last one was Hess ( http://online.wsj.com/article/BT-CO-20120907-... ) Believe me, that speaks. So what do now Turks signing with Azerbaijan all those contracts etc are irretrievably driving themselves into a corner, surely if not Ankara is ready now to take its direct part in Azerbaijani -Turkmen regional conflict for disputable Caspian gas fields. That absolute thoughtlessness coming from Baku in the issue admires me so much...- they sign contracts on still non existing (still disputable) thousands of cubic meters of gas and even built a pipeline to transport it. Or is it finally a kind of strategy on the Baku behalf – to involve as much partners into a conflict now as it possible and to receive thus serious support from behind when the conflict will burst out into a war?
